People Focus

Each person in our community has a God-given role to play in building a culture of unity, service, and purpose. As 1 Corinthians 12:12 reminds us, though we are many parts, we form one body in Christ. Our people goals reflect this truth. By increasing engagement, inviting families to participate, and creating meaningful opportunities for connection, we are strengthening the bonds that make our school a place of belonging. When we invest in life-ready skills, we prepare students not only for academic success but for lives of character and compassion. These efforts reflect our desire to grow as a Christ-centered community that loves, serves, and thrives together.
Each year, LCA will aim to increase its net promoter score, which measures the willingness to recommend the school, by 5 percent among faculty, staff, and administrators, 7 percent among parents and guardians, and 3 percent among students.
