On Friday, October 23, we are transforming Hjelseth Field and the surrounding LCA campus into our Homecoming venue for an evening of food, fellowship, music, cheer, school spirit, and football.

For the past five years, LCA has been an important part of Bella Flores’ story. Since arriving in eighth grade, Bella has embraced opportunities to lead, perform, serve, build lasting friendships, and grow in her faith.

On Friday, September 11, Americans across the country will remember the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks against our nation. To commemorate this important anniversary, LCA’s Middle and High School History and Social Studies teachers will spend some time with their students remembering that day and discussing its impact.

For the past ten years, Ryan Hamm has called Life Christian Academy home. During that time, he has built lasting friendships, competed in basketball and baseball, grown in his faith, and developed lessons in perseverance that he will carry with him long after graduation.

We are excited to introduce Jadziah Braker as LCA’s new Elementary Student Support Specialist! In this new role, Jadziah will work alongside our elementary team to help students feel known, supported, and successful at school. She will provide an additional layer of care as students navigate friendships, behavior, emotions, and the everyday challenges of growing and learning.

With great excitement, we have the opportunity to acknowledge a change in leadership in the middle and high school. Our own Frank Lazarek has graciously accepted the role of Assistant Principal for the Middle School and High School for the coming year. We have had the privilege of knowing Mr. Lazarek as a social studies teacher for the past two years at LCA. Last year, he also served many of our middle school students in a mentorship role. Before joining LCA, Mr. Lazarek served as an athletic director, dean of students, assistant principal, teacher, and coach, along with many other roles throughout his distinguished career. We are excited that LCA will continue to be blessed by his wisdom, dedication, and consistency in this new role.
