Dear LCA Community, 
I would like to start off by saying thank you. Thank you for the amazing memories shared. Specifically, thank you to all of my basketball families over the years. Both boys and girls. The memories are endless, and the relationships are even deeper. From playing 1 on 5 on the side hoop against my JV Boys teams, strengthening their zone defense, to Mikey Clowe shouting “Papa Johns!” while shooting 3-pointers in practices AND games.

For LCA senior Tagney Paddock, being an Eagle is a family tradition. His connection to Life Christian Academy began long before he entered sixth grade. His parents met while attending LCA, and several family members have walked the same halls, creating a legacy that makes his seven years at the school especially meaningful.

The LCA Middle School and High School Cheer teams are bringing energy, athleticism, and Eagle pride to an exciting season! Under the leadership of coaches Jamie Erskine and Yolanda Stansell, both squads are developing impressive skills, building lasting friendships, and demonstrating what it means to lead with confidence, character, and faith.

From the basketball court to building a thriving business, LCA alumnus Luke Lovelady, Class of 2017, has carried the lessons of faith, discipline, and leadership into every chapter of his life.

For nearly his entire life, Life Christian Academy has been part of Max Rios’s story. He arrived as a first grader, and over the years, the classrooms, courts, stages, friendships, and conversations at LCA have helped shape the person he is becoming. But perhaps the most significant change has been learning to make his faith, his relationships, and his future truly his own. As Max prepares to leave the school he has called home for more than a decade, he is stepping forward with a stronger sense of who he is and, quite literally, a desire to find his own voice.

Yuen Lui Studio will photograph K-12 individual portraits and K-5 class group photos at Life Christian Academy on Monday, October 5. Preorder portraits here: 2026-27 Life Christian Academy Picture Day 10/5. One 8x10 K-5 class group print is included with each individual portrait purchase. Portraits will ship to the school 3-4 weeks after picture day; class group prints will ship separately. For senior Dexter Sapien, his five years at Life Christian Academy have been defined by relationships, new experiences, and learning to make the most of his time with the people around him.

For the past five years, LCA has been an important part of Bella Flores’ story. Since arriving in eighth grade, Bella has embraced opportunities to lead, perform, serve, build lasting friendships, and grow in her faith.

For the past ten years, Ryan Hamm has called Life Christian Academy home. During that time, he has built lasting friendships, competed in basketball and baseball, grown in his faith, and developed lessons in perseverance that he will carry with him long after graduation.

We are excited to introduce Jadziah Braker as LCA’s new Elementary Student Support Specialist! In this new role, Jadziah will work alongside our elementary team to help students feel known, supported, and successful at school. She will provide an additional layer of care as students navigate friendships, behavior, emotions, and the everyday challenges of growing and learning.
