Attendance at LCA

LCA uses Orah to manage student attendance and background checks. Use the link below to access Orah throughout the school year.

Already have an Orah account? Use the same link to log in to your existing account.

Orah will be the primary way for families to report student absences. If your child will be absent from school, simply log in to Orah and submit the absence through your account. Click the link below to access Orah.

How to Submit Attendance Information

Go to the Attendance page on the LCA website and click the Orah link.
Log in to your Orah account. If you have logged in previously, you may already be signed in.
From the Orah home screen:
- For an early dismissal today, select Dismissal Today.
- For an absence, late arrival, early dismissal, or appointment on a future date, select Create a Pass.
Select the appropriate date and time.
Enter the reason for the absence, late arrival, or early dismissal.
Review the information and submit the pass.

Important: In Orah, the Create a Pass option is used to submit attendance information for dates other than the current day. This includes planned absences, appointments, late arrivals, and early dismissals.

Once submitted, the information will be available to the LCA team so we can accurately track your student's attendance and whereabouts.
