Why LCA? » Leadership

Leadership

Among our unique strengths at LCA is the scope of opportunities for student leadership and initiative. Our goal is for students of all ages to mentor, learn from, and support one another.
  • Elementary school students learn biblical character and how to be leaders by example who make good decisions.

  • Middle school students are challenged to a higher standard of behavior by our successful Honor Level program. They are also given opportunities to lead through mentor groups, Associated Student Body (ASB), National Junior Honor Society, athletics, fine arts, and worship.
  • High school students are encouraged to thoroughly apply their leadership abilities through ASB, National Honor Society, Rotary Interact, and the Student Leadership Institute (SLi). We also look for leaders in athletics, academics, fine arts, outreach, and community.
